Our course

Our course combines effective HypnoBirthing relaxation techniques through the Mongan Method with practical tips to help you prepare for the birth and early days with your baby. After our course you will feel confident and calm about your birth. 

We bust the myths around birth and explain the science around birth to demonstrate how your body is perfectly designed to give birth. We also help you release any fears you have surrounding birth or parenthood and use scripts, visualisation and breathing techniques to prepare for your dream birth.

Our course can help you prepare regardless of the type of labour you are planning. We discuss induction, natural induction and pain relief options. It is successful for women who have a variety of birth experiences. The aim is for a positive birth, where you are in control and empowered.
